Return and Refund Policy

  • What user is required to do to request a return or refund

To return or get refund for a product you need to contact us via support email or phone number given on our website. We will reply to your email within 24 hours.

  • Under what circumstances we offer returns and refunds

We allow return of products only if the product is malfunctioning or has missing features mentioned in product page. We will ask you for some information to investigate/replicate the issue. We will let you know if your request comply with our policies. (Because of the nature of product we deal in we cannot cover some types of damages like sort-circuit of product due to mishandling.)

  • Time-frame in which we accept return/refund

You can ask for a return/refund only within 10 days of purchase

  • When user can expect a refund

If we find your return or refund request are as per our policies then we will initiate the process of return or refund within 3 days or request. Refund will be made only in iSwitch account wallet in form of points.

For return or replacement buyer need to arrange shipment to and from iSwitch office address.

  • If you order a product from us and you don’t receive even after 60 days from date of order, then you can claim for a refund.
